Head - Studies and Research - UAE National

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Studies & Research to lead our research function and support evidence-based decision-making. The successful candidate will oversee research initiatives, develop departmental strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality studies that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Studies & Research Section
• Develop and implement the department's strategic and operational plans
• Conduct benchmarking studies, perform data analysis, and develop feasibility studie s to support strategic initiatives, policy formulation, and evidence-based decision-making
• Prepare and oversee annual research plans, including short-, medium-, and long-term studies
• Conduct and supervise technical, analytical, and sector-specific research
• Establish and maintain research databases and knowledge repositories
• Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and industry experts
• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Manage the department's budget and resources
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure research outputs align with organizational priorities and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 6 years' experience in Benchmarking, Feasibility Studies & Data Analytic
• Professional certifications in organizational excellence, strategic management, innovation, or leadership are preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, research, and project management skill
