Head of Solution Architecture

Job Overview

Lead solution architecture across enterprise initiatives, turning business needs into secure, scalable technology designs. You’ll guide architecture decisions from analysis and system design through software deployment, partnering with delivery teams to advance digital transformation and enterprise architecture modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define solution, software, system, application, and integration architecture for enterprise solutions, including hybrid cloud deployment and cloud-native design.
• Guide system design for development, enterprise architecture design, and implementation of modernization initiatives.
• Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with project management, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Set standards for information security, systems integration, APIs, web services, and design patterns.
• Your impact: Clear architecture decisions help delivery teams integrate systems securely and give users dependable enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, software architecture, cloud architecture, cloud infrastructure, IT infrastructure, and team leadership.
• Strong analysis skills and knowledge of service-oriented architecture, microservices, application design and development, system architecture design, and enterprise software implementation.
• Familiarity with TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), operating systems, computer management, and software deployment.
• Technical breadth across AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Windows, Java, JavaScript, Python,.NET, SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL, REST (Representational State Transfer), and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of system design, APIs, and web services; apply relevant tools and technologies to architecture needs.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
