This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

We are looking for a confident, proactive leader who inspires their team, drives commercial performance and is relentless in their pursuit of excellence.

What we're looking for:

• Proven management experience within a busy, high-performing salon or beauty environment.
• A demonstrable track record of delivering strong commercial results and achieving business targets.
• A strong understanding of the beauty industry, with a passion for luxury service and client experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop individuals to reach their full potential.
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and is comfortable being highly visible and customer-facing.
• A commercial mindset with a strong focus on driving revenue, retail sales and team performance.
• Impeccable personal grooming, presentation and professional standards.
• An uncompromising commitment to delivering outstanding client service and maintaining the highest salon standards.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to think on your feet, multitask and perform under pressure.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• A sound understanding of HR practices, people management and performance management.
• The confidence to address underperformance, recognise success and create a positive culture of accountability.
• A genuine passion for people and the ability to build a motivated, engaged and high-performing team.
