Head of Sales – Real Estate

About the Role

Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales division in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE real estate brokerage, proven experience managing sales teams, and the ability to develop sales strategies, build developer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and expand the real estate sales team.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop sales professionals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, KPIs and conversion rates.
• Drive individual and team productivity through regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and key industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
• Support the team in negotiations, client management and high-value deal closures.
• Collaborate with management to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate brokerage experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing a real estate sales team.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team revenue.
• Established relationships with property developers in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and property sales processes.
• Ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
