We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships in the Egyptian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
• Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Attend meetings, networking events, and industry activities to represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media agencies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer campaigns is a plus.
• Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Job Details:

Location: Cairo

Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)

Two days off per week
