This role will oversee sales strategy, business development, customer relationships, sales operations, and overall team performance. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Monitor sales performance, forecasts, budgets, and overall sales operations. - Collaborate with Credit & Collections, Logistics, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand market share. Qualifications - At least 10 years of sales experience , with a proven track record of achieving targets. - 3–5 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role. - Strong knowledge of the Philippine market and business environment . - Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in budget management, sales forecasting, and CRM systems . - Results-oriented, adaptable, organized, and highly professional. Highly Desirable - Experience in the steel, construction materials, or manufacturing industry . - Experience working closely with Credit & Collections . - Established network within the Philippine construction or manufacturing industry . - Strong customer relationship management and business development experience.
