Responsibilities The Sales Head – Malaysia will be responsible for establishing, developing and managing the Company's newly established Joint Venture in Malaysia and for delivering its commercial, operational and strategic objectives. The role will have overall responsibility for building the Malaysia business, developing key customer and partner relationships, establishing the required local organization and infrastructure, and positioning the Joint Venture as a credible and preferred supplier to the Malaysian Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Offshore, Marine and Industrial sectors. The candidate will be expected to leverage the Group's existing international capabilities, technical expertise, manufacturing relationships, stockholding capabilities, supply-chain infrastructure and regional network to develop a sustainable Malaysian business. The position requires a commercially driven leader with strong knowledge of the Malaysian market, particularly the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, FPSOs, Fabrication, and the ability to convert established market relationships and opportunities into profitable business. Qualifications - 12–15 years of sales/business development experience in managing a portfolio of Piping products across ASEAN, with a strong focus on Malaysia. - Bachelors in Mechanical engineering or relevant field. - Strong background in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or industrial distribution. - Established network with operators, EPC contractors, and fabricators. - Experience in P&L management, commercial negotiations, and new business/JV development. - Knowledge of industrial products, offshore materials, and Malaysian vendor registration.
