Head of Business Development, A/R & PO Financing

We are a well-capitalized investment and finance company expanding into the B2B commercial financing industry. Our primary focus is to establish and grow our business in the following areas:

• A/R Financing (Accounts Receivable Financing)
• Factoring
• PO Financing (Purchase Order Financing)
• Commercial Business Financing

As we enter this growing market, we are looking for experienced financial professionals with established business relationships, industry knowledge, and the ability to bring in new clients and generate business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and bring in new business clients for A/R Financing, Factoring, and PO Financing.
• Utilize existing business networks and industry relationships to generate financing opportunities.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential B2B clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, CFOs, financial institutions, and other industry professionals.
• Evaluate potential financing opportunities and work closely with management to structure financing solutions.
• Help establish and expand the company’s commercial financing business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in A/R Financing, Factoring, Commercial Lending, or PO Financing.
• An established network of business clients and the ability to bring in new accounts.
• Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of commercial credit, accounts receivable, and risk assessment.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of independently developing business.
• Experience working with banks, factoring companies, commercial finance companies, or financial institutions is highly preferred.
