Job Title: Head of Projects & Development

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage real estate development projects.
• Handle Dubai Municipality approvals, permits, and NOCs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and building standards.
• Manage the development team and daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in real estate development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals.
• Experience handling building permits and municipality licensing.
• Dubai Municipality licence / professional registration as required.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
