Proven successful ERP project experience in sizable organization(s) is an advantage Leadership and Problem-Solving: Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills in managing Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and ERP projects in sizeable organizations Project Management: Strong project management skills, with a keen attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Collaboration: Strong organizational and team collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working and collaborating effectively with different levels of management Communication: Effective communication and presentation skills Professional Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/HKICPA) is an advantage Certification in PMP/Agile/Certified Professional of IT is an advantage Finance and HR Background: Prior working experience in Finance and HR is an advantage St. James' Settlement (SJS) is seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving the development and deployment of our ERP systems to support the central administration and enhance the efficiency of our service units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project management, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with various business teams and stakeholders Job Duties: Project Facilitation: Drive and manage the BPR / `ERP project from inception to completion. Collaborate with different business owners and the IT department to cover full project scope, including Finance, Procurement, and HR processes and systems End-to-End Management: Oversee project initialization (from BPR to ERP), requirement definition and prioritization, tendering, system design, installation, UAT, documentation, and training for users Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and businesses to verify requirements, define realistic deliverables, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality outputs Team Motivation: Drive the project team (internal and external resources) to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Scope and Budget Management: Establish and maintain processes for managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure the project is delivered on time, in full, and within the agreed budget Stakeholder Engagement: Develop ongoing communication and engagement plans to engage multiple stakeholders, including Steering Committee, Change Management Team, senior leadership team, and the entire organization Documentation: Maintain consistent, accessible, and collaborative project documentation throughout the project lifecycle Risk Management: Develop and implement a risk mitigation strategy as needed to navigate potential risks and keep the project on track Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with different resources and networks (internal and external), e.g. vendors, internal and external stakeholders Status Communication: Communicate project status (outcomes and/or risks) to the appropriate stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary according to the project work plan Operational Leadership/Guidance and Support: Provide direction, guidance and support to business owners and users, including Finance, Procurement and HR, in resolving operational challenges during and after the implementation of ERP system Ad Hoc Tasks: Manage other ad hoc tasks for the business as required Working Place: Wan Chai Interested persons please apply with full resume by email to kenneth.lee@sjs.org.hk on or before 05/10/2026.
