Sentra Solusi Bangsa** · Jakarta · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities : - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related fields - Have 5 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similiar role - Preferably has experience working with SaaS Product or similiar - Familiar with Agile / Scrum product Development - Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills - Able to translate Business and HR Operational Needs into clear product requirements - Good communication skills in Both Bahasa Indonesia & English Nice to Have : - Experience managing B2B SaaS HRIS / HCM Products - Experience handling enterprise clients - Understanding of multi-company / multi-tenant SaaS architecture - Familiar with tools such as Jira, ClickUP, Plane, Confluence, Figma, Miro/FigJam or similiar - Basic SQL or ability to analyze product / database data is a Plus Key Responsibilities : - Gather and analyze Requirements from Business Stakeholders, Client, and Internal teams - Translate business needs into clear Product Requirement Document (PRD), User stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows - Manage and continuosly maintain the product backlog - Prioritize features, improvements, technical dependencies, and bug fixes based on business impact, urgency, customers needs, and development capacity - Break down complex requirements into manageable development scope and MVP Phases - Ensure requirements are well-defined and ready before entering the development cycle - Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers.
