# Head of Product Marketing **Autonomous Investment In Commercial Enterprises and Management LLC** · Dubai Silicon Oasis · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The role We are hiring a Head of Product Marketing to own how the Xpertyy platform goes to market, end to end: which markets and customers we serve and what they need, how we position, package and price a software product, how customers and experts find and adopt it, and what brings them back. The role works across Market, Product, Commercial and Marketing and turns customer and market evidence into decisions. It is hands-on: you personally ship the first version of the work (the page, the campaign, the in-product message, the partner pitch, the performance report) before scaling what works. We want a technology product marketer with real product marketing experience in marketplace, SaaS or software companies, who still does the work. This is not a traditional marketing, brand or advertising role, and not a promotion-only, ideas-only or paid-advertising-only role. Candidates must meet every mandatory requirement; Preferred / Plus experience does not replace a mandatory criterion. What you will own The Xpertyy Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Playbook Own and continuously maintain the Xpertyy Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Playbook: our internal reference connecting Market → Customer → Product → Positioning → Pricing → GTM → Messaging → Adoption → Revenue. Keep it current as evidence arrives, mark what is assumed and what the market has validated, and make it the reference that Product, Commercial, Marketing and our agency work from. Customer, expert and market intelligence Continuously collect and analyse customer, expert and market feedback (interviews, win / loss reviews, support conversations, product analytics and funnel data) and turn it into clear recommendations for Product, Commercial and Marketing. Understand and keep current: customer needs and buying triggers; why people buy or do not buy; the alternatives customers use today, including other apps, platforms and AI tools; what experts need to succeed on the platform; and changes in the market and among competitors. Track how AI is changing customer behaviour, competing alternatives, search and discovery, and the service categories we serve, and use it to sharpen Xpertyy's human value proposition: where verified human expertise adds value that AI alone does not. Segmentation, positioning and messaging Own customer segmentation and ideal customer profiles (ICPs), priority use cases, and the jobs-to-be-done and buying moments we focus on. Own positioning against other marketplaces, SaaS tools, informal channels and AI tools, the value proposition for each segment, and messaging by audience (companies, individuals, experts and partners), with one clear promise written natively in Arabic and English rather than translated. Distinguish clearly between what we assume and what the market has validated, and test assumptions before they drive spend or product decisions. Protect the brand voice and identity across the website, apps and campaigns. Pricing and packaging research Provide the market evidence behind pricing and packaging decisions: willingness to pay, perceived value, packaging, subscriptions, fixed-price services and pricing experiments. Co-develop packaging with Commercial and Product Management (subscription plans, fixed-price services, company accounts, referral and partner propositions) with credible economics. Commercial and the Chairman keep final approval of pricing. Go-to-market and launches Own go-to-market for product releases and new features: positioning, launch plans, release communications, in-product messaging, help content, sales and partner enablement, and launch and event communications. Keep every claim within what the software delivers today. Nothing is marketed before it is live or in an approved pilot. Customer lifecycle and marketplace growth Own the full customer journey: Awareness → Registration → Activation → First Paid Engagement → Successful Outcome → Repeat → Retention → Referral / Advocacy. Work with Product Management on onboarding flows, lifecycle messaging and in-app prompts, and with Operations on successful outcomes. Grow qualified, paid customer demand through partner-led, expert-led and search / AI-answer channels, plus capped paid tests. Grow bookable supply alongside demand: attract, activate and retain experts, and equip them to bring their own clients, so every service we promote has experts ready behind it. Marketplace liquidity is a marketing goal. Trust and proof Build and use the trust signals a new marketplace needs: reviews, testimonials, case studies, customer outcomes, expert success stories and other proof points, across the website, apps, campaigns and partner materials. Collect proof only with consent, keep it genuine and accurate, and link it to real outcomes. Partnerships and B2B marketing Build co-marketing, integration and platform partnerships with organisations that already reach companies: chambers, free zones, business-software and fintech partners, professional bodies. Create partner propositions, pitch materials and member campaigns; Commercial closes the agreements. Agency leadership and hands-on execution Work with the current team and our marketing agency from day one, and take over strategic ownership of the agency relationship as soon as you know Xpertyy well enough to own it, and within your first six weeks. The agency advises and executes; customer knowledge, positioning and product marketing strategy stay owned inside Xpertyy, in the Playbook. Brief and approve the work of the agency and freelancers from the Playbook; propose the budget for the tests you recommend, with the rationale and how each will be measured, for management approval; manage the marketing calendar. Personally produce first versions: landing pages and web copy, campaign briefs, email, push and WhatsApp follow-up sequences (inbound and consent-based), app-store listings, partner presentations and launch kits. Set up and use the marketing technology stack with engineering: CRM, automation, event tracking, attribution and product analytics. Measurement and decisions Own measurement across every lifecycle stage, from first touch to repeat use and referral, for customers and experts, using platform data: liquidity, activation, conversion, repeat use, subscription retention and churn, acquisition cost and payback. Report what worked, with baselines, spend and uncertainty stated, and recommend what to scale, change or stop. How you will work with other teams You own: the Playbook, customer and market intelligence, segmentation and ICPs, positioning, value propositions and messaging, go-to-market for releases, trust and proof, the marketing plan, campaigns, channel tests, marketing performance and, within your first six weeks, the strategic agency relationship. You co-develop: packaging and pricing experiments, onboarding and lifecycle journeys, and referral and partner propositions, with Product Management, Engineering, Commercial, Operations and Finance. You bring the evidence for, but do not approve: pricing, which Commercial and the Chairman approve, and product priorities, which Product Management decides through the product request process. You do not independently control: the product roadmap and engineering dates, commercial terms and contracts, or the services experts deliver. Spend: you run small, capped tests; scaling spend depends on proven conversion and repeat business, and on management approval. Mandatory requirements Technology product marketing: 8+ years in technology companies, including at least 4 years in product marketing (by title or in substance) for a two-sided marketplace, a SaaS product or a software platform, owning positioning and go-to-market end to end. Experience that is mainly brand, advertising, agency-side or performance marketing does not meet this requirement. Market and customer insight: customer, win / loss and market research you led, turned into segmentation, ICPs and recommendations that changed product or commercial decisions. Positioning and messaging: positioning, value propositions and audience messaging for a software product that you created and tested in market, with a clear record of what was validated and what was assumed. Pricing and packaging evidence: willingness-to-pay research and packaging or pricing tests that informed pricing decisions. Marketplace and SaaS growth: growing supply and demand together on a marketplace, or driving acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and referral for a SaaS product with self-serve and business buyers. Hands-on execution: campaigns you built yourself (web copy, landing pages, email / push automation, tracking), not only agency work you supervised. Technology fluency: comfortable working day to day with product and engineering teams, including product analytics, event tracking, funnels, A/B tests and release cycles, and able to explain a software product precisely. Marketplace and SaaS economics: acquisition cost and payback, conversion, retention and churn, take rate, and the difference between transaction value and net platform revenue, and between attributed and incremental results. Partnerships: partner, co-marketing or integration channels you built that produced paying customers. Agency direction: you have set the strategy and briefs for marketing agencies while keeping customer knowledge and positioning in-house. Languages: fluent English; able to direct, review and approve native Arabic marketing copy. Responsible marketing: consent-based outreach, data protection under UAE law, genuine and consented reviews and testimonials, and accurate claims about professional services and software capabilities. AI and market change: practical AI use for research, drafting and analysis, with facts verified and data protected, and a clear view of how AI is changing customer behaviour, alternatives, search and discovery, and professional-service categories. Cross-functional leadership: launches you led across market, product, engineering, commercial and operations teams, including the disagreements you resolved. Preferred / Plus Native or professional Arabic; marketing for professional-services, advisory, expert-network or other B2B marketplaces. B2B SaaS with self-serve and sales-assisted buyers; product-led growth; building a small team and freelance bench. Review, case-study or customer-advocacy programmes built for a new marketplace or product; formal pricing research methods (for example Van Westendorp or conjoint analysis). Technology marketing in the UAE or GCC, including chambers, free zones, SME programmes and technology events that produced qualified pipeline. Mobile app marketing (app-store optimisation, push, in-app) and tools: CRM and automation (Freshsales, HubSpot or similar), product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude), SEO / AI search, WhatsApp Business. What success looks like First 30 days: a first version of the Playbook, marking what is assumed and what is validated; priority segments, ICPs and buying moments agreed; baseline customer and expert funnels across the lifecycle from platform data; ranked experiments with stop criteria. Days 31–90: live campaigns, launch and offer tests, a pricing and packaging evidence brief for Commercial and the Chairman, first case studies and trust signals in use, the agency briefed from the Playbook, and decisions on what to scale, change or stop. Ongoing: qualified paid demand, completed engagements, cost per first paid booking, conversion at each lifecycle stage, repeat use, subscription retention, referrals, marketplace liquidity and the share of bookings via partners and experts, with targets set against the baseline, and a Playbook that stays current. How we hire and how to apply We hire on real work: two product marketing initiatives you owned for a technology product (one that did not work), a short paid exercise for the final shortlist with one real execution piece, and a working session where we change a constraint. Disclosed AI use is welcome. To apply, send your CV, LinkedIn profile and two pieces of your own product marketing work for a technology, marketplace or SaaS product (for example a positioning document, launch plan, pricing study or lifecycle campaign), each with the problem, your part, the budget and the result, plus your location, notice period and UAE work eligibility.
