The role will lead procurement across pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and equipment, consumer healthcare categories, and indirect spend. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement and category strategies aligned with business priorities. Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management. Manage relationships with manufacturers, principals, distributors, and service providers. Strengthen procurement governance, supplier performance, risk management, and cost control. Partner with commercial, operations, finance, and clinical/business stakeholders. Lead and develop the procurement team while improving processes and reporting. Candidate profile: 12+ years of progressive procurement or supply-chain experience, including senior leadership responsibility. Strong sector experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy, medical devices/equipment, hospitals, or clinics. Proven capability in strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, category leadership, and supplier management. GCC experience is preferred. Relevant degree required; professional procurement qualification is advantageous.
