As part of the Operations leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing purchasing strategy, strengthening supplier relationships and optimising inventory, forecasting and supply chain performance to support continued business growth. In this role, you will take ownership of purchasing, demand planning and supply chain operations, working closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance S&OP processes and deliver measurable commercial value. You’ll have the autonomy to implement improvements, influence business decisions and lead strategic initiatives across the organisation.
