The company works with real transaction volumes and is developing AI-driven routing, proprietary anti-fraud solutions, and payment routes across Europe, LATAM, and Africa. The team is currently strengthening the payments function and is looking for a specialist who can take the infrastructure to the next level. About the Role This role is for a professional who wants not just to maintain existing systems, but to build and scale them. It requires a combination of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach: provider integrations, approval rate improvement, payment stability, expansion into new geographies, and unit economics optimization. Key Responsibilities - Launching new payment routes (cards, APMs, crypto). - Improving approval rates and overall transaction stability. - Negotiating with acquirers, PSPs, and partner banks. - Building backup routes for critical corridors. - Analytics: metrics, dashboards, A/B testing. - Working closely with engineers on payment flows and integrations. Requirements - 7+ years of experience in payments: PSP, acquiring, or fintech. - Hands-on experience launching payment infrastructure in high-load, multi-geo environments. - Deep understanding of Visa/Mastercard, APMs, and crypto processing. - Strong technical literacy and understanding of payment flows. - Strong negotiation skills and results-driven mindset. - High-risk experience is a strong advantage.
