In this role, you will take direct responsibility for delivery P&Ls, coordinate large-scale contributor and vendor pipelines, and resolve critical operational bottlenecks with US stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end P&L for operational projects and delivery streams. Manage, structure, and scale a distributed workforce and contributor base of thousands of people. Partner directly with US clients, operators, and vendors to streamline processes and drive throughput. Forecast demand pipelines, balance contributor capacity, and maintain rigorous quality standards. Execute cross-functional initiatives to scale high-quality data collection operations. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in high-velocity operations, program management, or supply chain/marketplace operations. Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working evening/night hours with significant overlap with EST/PST time zones. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills suitable for managing US enterprise clients and external partners. Financial & Analytical Acumen: Solid understanding of unit economics, capacity modeling, and P&L drivers. Availability: Immediate joiners only (0–15 days notice period).
