Head of Operations Strategy

Overview

As Head of Operations Strategy, you’ll shape how the organization turns business priorities into effective, measurable operations. You’ll partner with executive leaders to set strategic plans, strengthen financial and operational management, and guide cross-functional projects from analysis through implementation. Your work will connect customer service, sales, business development, and process improvement to support sustainable business performance.

Duties

• Lead strategic planning and operations management, translating business goals into initiatives, owners, and progress reviews.
• Oversee profit and loss (P&L) analysis and financial management; use Excel data analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.
• Direct project management and process improvement efforts, applying lean management principles to simplify workflows and strengthen operational results.
• Build and lead teams, including executive-level team management, team development, supervision, and clear managerial communication.
• Collaborate across business management, sales, customer service, and business development to align operational plans with customer and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in operations strategy, strategic management, business management, or operational management.
• Experience with team management, team leadership, team development, and supervising experience.
• Knowledge of profit and loss analysis, financial management, Excel data analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Strength in project management, strategic planning, process improvement, and lean management.
• Effective managerial communication and ability to work across executive teams, sales, customer service, and business development.

Pay: $186,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
