# Head of Operations – Interior Fit-Out **CREATIVE SHELF LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Furniture / Joinery About the Role We are looking for an experienced Head of Fit-Out Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UAE fit-out projects, excellent site and team management skills, and the ability to manage projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall execution of interior fit-out projects from start to handover. Plan and manage project schedules, resources, manpower, and site activities. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budgets. Lead and manage site teams, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Review project requirements, drawings, BOQs, materials, and site conditions. Identify and resolve site issues, delays, technical challenges, and coordination problems. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of works. Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and site regulations. Monitor project costs and minimize wastage and unnecessary expenses. Coordinate with the factory/joinery team for customized furniture and joinery requirements. Prepare regular project updates and report progress to management. Ensure timely project completion and smooth handover to clients. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements 7–10+ years of experience in interior fit-out/project operations, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, furniture, civil, gypsum, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and related works. Proven experience managing multiple fit-out projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and site execution. Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and technical drawings. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE driving license is preferred. Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations professional who can take ownership of projects, manage teams effectively, solve site issues quickly, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Experience: Interior Fit-Out / Project Management: 7 years minimum Location: Dubai – Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred immediate joining Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
