We're a Philippine ecommerce consumer-goods company with over 1 million units of EaseBrew sold through our distributor network and direct-to-consumer channels (Meta, telesales, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada). We need an experienced operator to run day-to-day operations end to end so our CEO can focus on strategy and growth. What you'll do - Own revenue plan attainment through the DTC, Barley and Distributor heads - Lead 5 functional heads directly: DTC, Barley, Distributor, Brand/Marketing and HR (~40 staff) - Run the weekly scorecard and management meeting - Build one reliable source of operating data with Finance - Hold managers accountable to their commitments and fix root causes, not symptoms - Use data to recommend whether new initiatives should go, wait or stop - Build SOPs and develop managers to run their areas independently What you need - Experience running or co-running a ₱100–300M ecommerce or DTC business through the shift from founder-led to systematized - Background as Head of Operations, COO or General Manager - Track record of managing several department heads, including sales, against numbers - Hands-on knowledge of COD, RTS, marketplaces, Meta and TikTok selling - Results-driven: you can name specific numbers you personally moved - Willing to work on-site full-time in Cainta, Rizal (relocation required) What you get - Competitive base + profit share tied to results - Direct line to the CEO and a growth path to COO - A homegrown, faith-informed team that values win-win-win Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Cainta, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): - 1.
