Job Title: Head of Operations – India Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to ₹3,000,000 a year + Uncapped performance bonuses (flexible for the right fit) Notice Period: Immediate joiners only About the Role We build training data for next-generation Vision Language Actions (VLA) and World Foundation Models (WFMs) to solve critical challenges in physical AI. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Operations – India to lead strategic growth initiatives, scale high-quality data collection pipelines, and run our India operations. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end P&L for operational projects and regional data programs. Forecast data demand against contributor and operator supply capacity. Partner closely with vendors, operators, and clients to unblock bottlenecks and expand throughput. Build, standardize, and enforce rigorous SOPs to ensure high-quality data capture. Travel to operational sites and vendor locations as needed (up to 25%). Requirements Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in high-ownership operations, logistics, or operational scaling roles. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and cross-functional partners. Analytical Skills: Comfort with demand-capacity modeling and operational metrics. Location & Availability: Based in Bengaluru and available to join immediately. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (up to ₹30 LPA, flexible based on experience).
