Drive strategic operational and project leadership , managing Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Procurement, Site Operations, and Property Management teams while aligning execution with business objectives. Oversee engineering, design, and construction execution , ensuring quality, safety, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, schedule adherence, and timely resolution of major technical and site challenges. Lead procurement, commercial management, and stakeholder relations , including contractor selection, tendering, contract negotiations, vendor management, government approvals, claims, and dispute resolution. Ensure profitable and sustainable project delivery , managing budgets, resources, risks, project performance, commissioning, turnover, defect liability, and seamless transition to Property/Asset Management. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field. Experience: 12 to 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate development, construction operations, and project management. Technical Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PE (Professional Engineer), or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is an advantage.
