Right now our CEO is handling 100+ leads and projects alone. We need a day-to-day leader to take that load and turn pipeline into signed, profitable, well-delivered projects. What This Role Is Really About You are the person who makes sure work actually gets done — on time, on budget, and profitably. You won't be pouring concrete or drawing plans all day. Our engineers, architects, foremen, and admin team do that. Your job is to lead them, clear blockers, set priorities, and hold everyone accountable so projects don't slip. In short: you run day-to-day operations so the CEO can focus on clients and growth. This is a senior role with a clear path to COO in 12 months. What You Will Do: Run daily operations across design studio and construction sites in Batangas Organize 100+ open leads and projects — give each a real owner, next action, and deadline. Clear the old stale ones Make proposals fast: every proposal out within 10 working days from site visit or client request Protect profit: no proposal below 15% margin goes to the CEO. You check and send it back to the technical team until it's right Build simple systems we don't have yet: reference price list for top 20 materials, proposal tracker, weekly Scorecard and team meeting Lead the team: hire rank-and-file within approved salary bands, handle discipline properly per DOLE rules. For managers, you recommend — CEO decides first 6 months Ensure cost savings and operational efficiency Make sure documents are complete before we start construction — stop work when docs are out of order Handle day-to-day updates with clients and coordination with architects/engineers. Final pricing and referral relationships stay with CEO Other operational related tasks What Success Looks Like: First 90 Days: All leads organized, price list and proposal tracker live, weekly team meeting running By Month 6: Oldest task ≤30 days (today 78), proposals ≤10 days, near-zero rework, 100% estimates ≥15% margin By Month 12: Pipeline moving, projects on-time vs original date, collecting on time, averaging 15%+ margin, SOPs written Requirements: 3-5 years leading construction operations through PMs or technical staff — not as a site foreman Built a tracking system from scratch before: job costing, WIP, or scorecard in Excel/Sheets Can read an estimate and tell if it will make money AND if it will win Working knowledge of DOLE rules and basic LGU permitting / building permit docs Good with Excel/Sheets, MS Project or similar, uses AI tools to build dashboards Organized, firm but fair, can decide fast under pressure Willing to be based full-time in Lipa City with site visits to clients. For those relocating, accommodation will be provided. What We Offer Base ₱60k-₱120k per month based on experience With quarterly bonuses, depending on performance With profit sharing after hitting certain milestones Clear growth path: Head of Operations → General Manager → COO with written criteria Direct work with President/CEO, leadership seat in growing firm Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
