Head of Operations
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Civil Engineer to lead and oversee our company’s construction operations. QUALIFICATIONS Civil Engineering Board Passer With extensive experience as a Head of Operations, General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry Strong background in construction project management and operations Proven experience in managing multiple projects, engineers, supervisors, skilled workers, subcontractors, and suppliers Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills Knowledgeable in project planning, scheduling, costing, manpower, materials, and site operations Willing to conduct regular site visits and travel to project locations Willing to relocate or stay in the company staff house when required JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the company’s overall construction operations and ongoing projects Lead and manage the Operations, Engineering, and Site teams Monitor project progress, quality, budget, manpower, materials, and schedules Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and management Resolve project and operational issues promptly Develop and implement effective construction and operational procedures Monitor project costs and help control unnecessary expenses Conduct regular project/site inspections Provide regular operational and project status reports to management Lead, motivate, and develop the construction team Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and construction requirements Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Flexible schedule Free parking Fuel discount On-site parking Paid toll fees Paid training Pay raise Staff meals provided Work Location: In person
