HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Lead overall day-to-day Club operations and establish service and operational standards. Ensure effective coordination across member-facing areas and supporting departments. Champion a member-first culture and personally oversee significant member concerns and service recovery. Lead, coach and develop the Club Manager and Operations leadership team. Review manpower, productivity, labour costs, operating expenses and operational performance. Maintain visible leadership during key service periods and major Club activities. Identify operational risks, service gaps and improvement opportunities. Support budgets, revenue initiatives and effective utilisation of Club facilities. Ensure appropriate safety, incident reporting and operational compliance practices. Collaborate closely with Membership, Kitchen, Wine, Bar, Events, Finance and HR.
