CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Define the creative vision and quality bar for Cerebras New Media. - Own technical videos, creative campaigns, commercials, launch films, and repeatable series. - Personally write, direct, produce, edit, or prototype when needed. - Turn complex product ideas into simple, accurate, memorable stories. - Build a portfolio and channel strategy that compounds rather than chasing disconnected trends. - Lead and coach New Media ICs while maintaining speed and quality. - Partner with DevRel so every creative idea is grounded in technical substance. - Work closely with Product, Brand, Communications, and executives on launches. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES - Strong writing, directing, editing, and creative-development instincts. - Able to do the work expected of the New Media team, not only manage it. - Strong creative judgment and the ability to give specific, actionable direction. - Curious about technical subjects and committed to accuracy. - Clear point of view on modern media and how to improve conventional technology content. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - An exceptional portfolio of video, commercial, editorial, or digital storytelling, with clear examples of personally writing, directing, producing, and editing work. - Experience leading a new media function at an established, recognized company. - At least 5 years of experience in new media or digital content production. - Experience directly managing and developing creative contributors, including setting expectations, giving actionable feedback, and addressing performance gaps. - A track record of delivering technical product launches or campaigns in partnership with technical experts, product teams, and communications stakeholders. - Experience building a content and channel strategy with demonstrated results in audience growth, engagement, or product adoption.
