Founded as a corporate start-up of the radio station FluxFM, radiosphere GmbH has been developing an all-in-one audio software for the growing streaming market since 2019. At radiosphere, we are working in cross-functional teams consisting of backend, mobile, audio processing and analytics developers, using various modern tech stacks. Cross-domain knowledge is highly appreciated but not a requirement. We are based in the heart of Kreuzberg, Berlin but have a flexible, remote-friendly culture. Mission As part of our team, your mission is to build amazing audiocentric apps for our mobile users! You develop high standard features that provide a great user experience and make our customers super happy. Outcomes You led a team of mobile engineers and collaborate with the product manager and designers to ship new components and features You followed the latest developments in mobile app and web engineering, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency You created test strategies, identified technical problems and derived solutions You maintained and improved our CI/CD Pipeline in close collaboration with our Backend Team Competencies 6+ years of experience in building complex customer-facing applications (iOS and Android) 2+ years of experience as Team Lead Strong software architecture skills Experience in coding apps in Flutter would be a plus Experience in working with Swift and Kotlin Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Team player with a clear communication style Experience in developing audio applications is an advantage but not required
