Our team members are the most diligent and active in the education industry, ensuring a strong relationship with students is set as a priority. Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12. Role Overview We are seeking passionate and motivated tutors to support, mentor, and educate students from Kindergarten to Year 12 in English and/or Mathematics . The role involves working with students in either primary (K–6) or secondary (7–12) year levels, with the opportunity to specialise in one or more senior subjects. Key Responsibilities - Tutor students in English and/or Maths , from Kindergarten to Year 12 - Specialise in one or more senior subjects (HSC level preferred) - Complete lesson reports and track student performance - Prepare and assign weekly homework tailored to individual student needs - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about progress and outcomes - Attend termly staff meetings for training and development - Support business growth by assisting with marketing content creation for social media REMUNERATION ~ Above award wages — pay based on experience, subject area, and year level taught.
