Head of Marketplaces

About the company

We're looking for a Head of Marketplaces for our client, a DTC jewelry brand behind waterproof, tarnish-proof jewelry made to be worn every day.

The role in short

You'll set up and own the brand's marketplace channel , starting with Amazon US and expanding to key regional marketplaces, with full ownership of P&L and growth .

What you'll do

Own P&L and growth on Amazon US first, then across key regional marketplaces

Build and execute the marketplace roadmap: listings, content, ads, promotions

Drive ranking, rating and review strategy across platforms

Lead marketplace ad spend , bidding and performance analytics

What we're looking for

-

5+ years scaling consumer brands on Amazon

-

Recent hands-on experience growing brands on Amazon US

-

Deep command of marketplace SEO, ads and algorithmic levers

-

Proven P&L ownership on a 7- or 8-figure marketplace channel

-

Sharp analytical skills: comfortable in the data and in the detail

Nice to have

Experience launching marketplace channels in new regions
