What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• MBA is an advantage
• Proven leadership experience in social commerce or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee or similar platforms
• D2C brand or D2C agency experience
• Proven success scaling brands through social commerce
• Experience managing multiple brands or clients
• Strong creator, affiliate & live-commerce knowledge
• Strong performance marketing, content & analytics capabilities
• Experience leading marketing teams & cross-functional initiatives
• Commercial, entrepreneurial and strongly revenue-focused
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate
