We're a fast growing, global eCommerce fulfilment partner expanding rapidly across the United States, and we're looking for our first dedicated Head of Marketing to spearhead our growth. What you'll be doing...

Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you will own the entire US marketing strategy and lead its execution. In this standalone, senior-level role, you'll roll up your sleeves to lay the initial groundwork yourself - partnering closely with US sales and our established UK marketing team - before hiring and leading a dedicated US marketing team as we scale.

You'll drive our US Go-to-Market and demand generation engine. You will research the US market, target sectors, and competitors to define where and how we win. You'll partner hand in glove with our US Managing Director and Head of Sales to generate pipeline, supporting high-value accounts, run targeted trade shows and events, and launch new service offerings.

You'll establish brand authority and localized content. Adapting our global identity for the US market, you'll act as a brand guardian across all channels. You will plan, write, and commission compelling localized content across our website, blog, social, email, case studies, and video to fuel organic search and nurture prospects through the funnel.

You'll build, scale, and measure the function. You will hold complete ownership of a substantial, growing US marketing budget, directing spend across channels for maximum ROI. You'll set KPI's, track end to end performance using CRM data, manage specialized external agency partners, and ultimately recruit and mentor your future team.

Who we're looking for

- Significant, proven track record in B2B marketing, including senior experience shaping marketing strategy and executing it hands on - Demonstrated success launching a regional market, expanding a brand, or building a marketing function from the ground up - Proven ownership of a significant marketing budget with measurable results tied to sales pipeline and revenue growth - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skill with proven ability to craft localized, lead generating content. - Strong fluency across digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, paid social, email nurturing) to direct strategy and manage agency partners - Commercially and analytically sharp, confident in CRM analytics and reporting impact to senior executives - Collaborative team player comfortable collaborating across time zones with UK creative, performance teams and executive leadership - Eligible to work in the United States - Background within logistics, eCommerce, fulfillment, or related high-growth B2B services is a distinct advantage
