HEAD OF LEASING -DUBAI

Trinity Real Estate Brokers LLC is looking for an accomplished Head of Leasing to lead and expand its Secondary Market Leasing Division in Dubai.

We are seeking a commercially driven real estate professional with a proven track record in residential rentals, strong landlord relationships, consistent rental closures and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.

This opportunity is for someone who understands the business, generates their own revenue and knows how to turn a team into a successful business unit.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 10,000–15,000 , depending on experience and proven track record.
• 50% commission on personal rental closures.
• Additional performance-based team incentives.
• Access to premium property portals, marketing and business support.
• Opportunity to recruit, develop and lead your own leasing team.
• Direct responsibility for growing the division's business and revenue.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• 3–5 years of experience with an established Dubai real estate brokerage.
• Proven track record of residential rental listings and successful closures.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a leasing team.
• Consistent achievement of individual and team performance targets.
• Strong landlord network and ability to generate business independently.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and business development capabilities.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

YOUR MANDATE

• Drive personal landlord acquisition and rental listings.
• Personally lead rental negotiations and close transactions.
• Build, recruit and develop a productive leasing team.
• Establish and deliver monthly listing, closure and revenue targets.
• Drive team accountability, productivity and business growth.
• Take ownership of the division's overall performance.
