Head of Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) – SAP, AI & Enterprise Technology Operations

We are seeking a strategic and operational technology leader to head our Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) function. This role combines ownership of SAP Services, Enterprise Applications, AI Enablement, Digital Platforms, Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Services, and End-to-End Service Delivery across a global environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of SAP leadership, AI transformation experience, infrastructure management, and application service delivery expertise , with a proven track record of driving operational excellence while enabling business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Service Leadership

• Lead the Integrated Service Delivery function across applications, infrastructure, cloud, workplace, and business platforms.
• Own service quality, operational performance, governance, risk, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and drive enterprise-wide IT service management practices and operating models.
• Ensure seamless execution across technology towers and service providers.

SAP & Business Applications

• Provide leadership for SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Asset Management platforms.
• Drive application stability, performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners.
• Lead transformation programs from implementation through operational support.

AI & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, service optimization, and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee integration of AI capabilities across enterprise systems and business processes.
• Ensure governance, security, and responsible AI practices are embedded within service delivery.

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

• Lead infrastructure teams covering cloud, networks, cybersecurity, workplace technologies, and data platforms.
• Ensure highly available, secure, and scalable technology environments.
• Manage operational resilience, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cyber-risk programs.
• Drive modernization initiatives across cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Required Experience

15+ years of enterprise IT leadership experience

Extensive experience leading SAP application delivery and support environments

Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, and cybersecurity

Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs

Experience implementing or operationalizing AI-driven business solutions

Leadership responsibility for global service delivery teams and third-party partners

Strong stakeholder engagement experience with CIO, CTO, COO, and executive leadership teams

Track record of managing multi-million-dollar operational budgets
