# Head of Infrastructure | Ortigas **People Matter PH** · Ortigas · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Dayshift; Onsite Location: Ortigas Industry: Telecommunications Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network, server, data center, cloud, and telecommunications infrastructure. - Ensure network stability, service availability, performance, and scalability to support business operations and customer requirements. - Implement infrastructure security policies, disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and business continuity measures. - Lead and develop infrastructure teams, manage technology partners and vendors, and ensure efficient resource allocation and service delivery. - Develop infrastructure roadmaps, manage operational and capital expenditures, and drive technology improvements aligned with business objectives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 8–10 years of experience in IT or network infrastructure, including 3–5 years in a leadership or management role. - Strong knowledge of telecommunications networks, fiber-optic systems, IP networking, routing and switching, transmission technologies, data centers, and network monitoring tools. - Experience in network security, infrastructure reliability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and telecommunications service operations. - Proven leadership, project management, vendor management, and budgeting skills, with the ability to oversee network expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and strategic telecommunications initiatives.
