This role provides strategic leadership across workforce planning, organisational development, culture, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, employee and industrial relations, learning and development and HR governance. Working collaboratively with leaders, managers, employees and external stakeholders, the Head of Human Resources will foster a high-performing, compassionate and values-driven culture that enables employees, volunteers and services to thrive while ensuring the highest standards of compliance, accountability and care.
