The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Key Responsibilities - Establish and manage the complete HR function, including policies, procedures, and HR processes. - Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for various business functions. - Manage onboarding, employee records, employment documentation, and HR administration. - Oversee performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. - Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant employment regulations. - Develop HR strategies and processes to support business growth. Requirements - Proven UAE experience in the real estate, property development, or developer sector. - Strong experience in HR Generalist responsibilities and talent acquisition. - Ability to establish and manage the HR function independently from the ground up. - Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and employment procedures. - Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. - Candidates who can join immediately are preferred. Salary: AED 12,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience. Job Type: Full-time Experience: UAE real estate or property development HR experience is essential.
