To support this, we are looking for a Head of Healthcare Industry Vertical – Business Development to drive growth, strategy and commercial excellence across Cluster East.

Your Role

As Head of Healthcare IV, you define and drive the commercial strategy for the healthcare sector across Cluster East. You translate market insights into actionable sales plans, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate closely with sales and business units to unlock growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Healthcare IV strategy to drive growth and market positioning
• Collaborate with Sales teams to support business development and strengthen pipeline opportunities
• Develop industry-specific value propositions and commercial models together with Business Units
• Analyse market trends and target key healthcare customers to expand strategic accounts
• Drive execution of the annual development plan (IVDP) and ensure continuous improvement

Who You Are

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Business or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in logistics/forwarding with a strong focus on sales and healthcare
• Proven experience in strategic account management and business development
• Strong understanding of healthcare supply chains and industry requirements
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
