# Head of Fundraising & Strategic Finance **infrasure** · Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Role & Responsibilities - Lead pre-seed fundraising by engaging Angels, HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Angel Syndicates, VCs and strategic investors in India and globally. - Build investor pipelines, conduct outreach, manage investor meetings and drive fundraising through to closure. - Prepare pitch decks, financial models, valuations, cap tables and investor due-diligence documents. - Build financial plans, cash-flow forecasts, unit economics and investor-ready MIS. - Coordinate accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliance with professional advisers. Eligibility — Mandatory - Apply only if you have prior hands-on fundraising experience. - Must have previously managed or executed fundraising for a startup or company, with demonstrable involvement in investor outreach and deal closure. - Existing investor relationships and a proven fundraising track record are strongly preferred. - Strong financial modelling, valuation and negotiation skills.
