The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s finance and accounting functions and working closely with the management and Chartered Accountant. Candidate Requirements: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with CA Final completed/qualified. 6–7+ years of relevant experience , preferably in a CA firm/audit firm. Strong practical experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit and Statutory Compliance . Should be capable of independently managing the company’s finance function at a senior/CFO level . Preferred Profile: Candidates with CA-firm experience and strong practical exposure to taxation, audit, compliance, and financial management will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances . Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations. Coordinate with external CA firms, auditors, banks, and statutory authorities . Handle taxation, audits, assessments, and financial documentation. Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial controls. Support management in financial planning and decision-making. Ensure accurate and timely closing of books and financial records. Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person
