Head of Enrolment | Keren’s Nursery Full-time | 40 hours per week

Keren’s Nursery is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Enrolment to lead our family journey from initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolment across our nursery settings.

You will take ownership of our sales and enrolment pipeline, working closely with Nursery Managers to maximise occupancy, improve conversion rates and ensure every prospective family receives an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing enquiries, tours, follow-ups and enrolments
• Driving enquiry-to-enrolment conversion and occupancy
• Monitoring sales KPIs and providing weekly performance reports to the CEO
• Managing and improving our Monday CRM enrolment pipeline
• Leading innovative projects using Monday CRM and Famly
• Working with managers to strengthen tour quality and lead follow-up
• Identifying trends, lost leads and opportunities for growth

We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, highly organised, confident with data and systems, and excellent at building relationships with families .

Experience in enrolment, admissions, sales, customer service or a similar lead-management role is essential. Early years or education experience would be an advantage.
