Head of Engineering & Construction Projects

Job Purpose:

Lead, drive and oversee the Engineering & Construction Projects as well as formulate strategies, controls, guidelines and measures on the integration of operations and business to drive towards the growth and development of the company

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan, develop and set goals as well as organizational policies related to E&C
• Projects to achieve short and long-term financial and business goals
• Steer and drive the changes in the business environment and technology by leading the operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of services in meeting the overall business plan
• Set and control operating cost and budget to ensure all expenditure is in line with the company’s financial target
• Set and establish overall strategies related to operations to drive towards the company’s overall target in achieving excellent customer satisfaction and business growth
• Manage and tackle challenges arises on operational matters to address concerns and safeguard company’s reputation
• Review quality assurance management to ensure efficiency and enhancement of processes, cost and overall service quality
• Lead, coach and guide the staff in both management skills and technical expertise in order to enhance capabilities and deliver up to expectations
• Drive, monitor and review performance throughout the division to ensure employees are clear about the targets to be achieved and performance is aligned with the overall business goals
• Lead and identify business opportunities and actively build client relationships to increase revenue stream
• Oversee execution of all E&C projects to ensure they are carried out smoothly
• Evaluate project progress and requirements and advise as appropriate to minimize exposure and risk

Qualifications and experiences:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience; from oil & gas industry
