Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Electrical Department , overseeing multiple construction and MEP projects. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all electrical works, including LV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, emergency systems, and related installations . Review and approve electrical designs, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. Ensure electrical works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule . Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Clients, QA/QC, Procurement, QS, and other MEP disciplines . Monitor project progress and provide technical solutions for site and design-related issues. Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, applicable standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications . Manage electrical manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review project costs, variations, and resource requirements with the commercial and management teams. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Electrical Engineers, Draftsmen, Supervisors, and site teams. Attend technical and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Monitor departmental performance and ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, and quality requirements . Establish and improve departmental procedures, technical standards, and workflow. Support management in tendering, estimation, technical proposals, and project planning when required. Requirements 15–20 years of experience in the electrical construction/MEP industry. Strong UAE construction experience is mandatory. Proven experience in a senior management / Head of Electrical Department position. Strong knowledge of electrical construction, installation, testing, and commissioning. Experience with LV, power distribution, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and related electrical systems . Good knowledge of UAE authority requirements and construction standards . Strong leadership, team-management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. UAE driving license is an advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
