# Head of Electrical Department **building evolution** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Our company is growing, and we’re looking for a Head of Electrical to lead our electrical department and take responsibility for all electrical and ELV works across company projects. What you’ll do: - Lead and develop the electrical team of engineers, foremen, and electricians - Prepare and approve estimates for project managers and the sales team for electrical works, security, CCTV, access control, intercom, smart home, Wi-Fi, acoustics, multimedia, and electrical design - Review project drawings and prepare technical solutions and specifications - Plan and allocate team resources across several projects at once - Oversee DEWA approvals, load increase applications, and authority inspections - Control quality, safety, and compliance with UAE standards on all sites - Work with procurement on materials, suppliers, and pricing - Make sure timelines and budgets are met, and report regularly to management - Review and sign off completed works, as-built drawings, and handover documents What we’re looking for: - 7+ years of electrical experience, including 3+ years in a leading role in the UAE - A degree in Electrical Engineering - Expert knowledge of DEWA regulations and the approval process - Strong ELV and smart home knowledge - Experience estimating and costing electrical works - Proven experience managing teams and running several projects at once - Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; experience with 1C or Odoo is a plus - English, Russian or Ukrainian is required - UAE driving licence is required Pay: AED4,600.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Language: - Ukranian (Preferred) - Russian (Preferred) - English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
