Head of E-Commerce

Job Summary: The Head of E-Commerce will lead the company's online sales strategy, operations, and growth across Shopify stores in the UAE and international markets. This role will oversee website performance, supplier relationships, digital sales, inventory planning, and customer experience to drive revenue and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee Shopify store operations, including product management, pricing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Manage relationships with China-based suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing, production, and replenishment.
• Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead new product launches and optimize product pages, SEO, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management.
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience managing Shopify stores and online sales growth.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers, preferably in China.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, inventory management, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Proficient in analytics, reporting, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
