Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping/cleaning operations within a facility management company . - Experience managing multiple client sites , preferably in Dubai. - Strong experience in manpower deployment, staff supervision and daily site operations. - Good knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning standards, materials and equipment. - Experience conducting regular site visits, inspections and operational patrols . - Strong client-handling and communication skills. - Ability to identify operational issues and take timely corrective action. - Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. - UAE based and available to join immediately. - Candidates from facility management companies will be preferred. Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor housekeeping operations across assigned client sites. - Conduct regular site visits, patrols and inspections to ensure service quality and compliance. - Supervise housekeeping supervisors and site teams. - Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, performance and grooming. - Ensure client requirements and agreed service standards are maintained. - Handle day-to-day operational issues and client concerns. - Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, uniforms and other site requirements. - Coordinate with HR and Management on manpower and employee-related matters. - Prepare site inspection and operational reports and provide regular updates to Management. Work Location: Dubai, UAE Pay: AED1.00 per month Work Location: In person
