We make and sell Per4m and run PB Wholesale across the UK and Europe. We’ve built the brand, the product and the sales engine. Customer Success is the department we haven’t fully built yet, and we want someone who can. The job You’ll run Customer Success across all our brands and channels — D2C, TikTok Shop, marketplaces and retail accounts. You’ll own Zendesk and make it the single place every customer contact lives. You’ll build the team, set the standards, put the numbers on the wall and turn what customers tell us into changes in product, marketing and operations. For the first few months you’ll be on the tickets yourself while you build. After that, you’ll be leading a department. You’ll need - Deep, hands-on Zendesk experience — you’ve set it up, not just used it - 5+ years in customer service or success, 2+ managing people - A track record of building a CS function in a growing e-commerce or D2C business - Comfort with data — you can build a dashboard and tell us what it means - Shopify experience is a strong plus; sports nutrition or FMCG is a bonus What you’ll get A department that’s yours to build, a management team that wants written updates not meetings, and a business that’s growing fast enough that the job will be bigger in 18 months than it is today.
