# Head of CSR **Get Set Learn** · Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key responsibilities - Set the CSR strategy and annual plan, aligned to GSL's goals and Companies Act CSR rules. - Select and manage CSR projects and implementation partners (NGOs, trusts, government bodies). - Build relationships with government departments and local authorities for approvals and joint initiatives. - Set up SOPs for project selection, partner due diligence, fund disbursement, monitoring, and closure. - Run CSR audits; keep fund utilisation documented, traceable, and audit-ready. - Maintain a central CSR information system: project data, utilisation certificates, impact metrics. - Prepare CSR committee papers, annual reports, and statutory disclosures. - Manage the CSR budget; track outcomes against targets. Qualifications - Post Graduate preferred. - 8-12 years in CSR, development, or public-sector projects, including 3-5 in leadership. - Working knowledge of CSR regulations, audit requirements, and government schemes.
