You get that work moving: briefs out, artists booked, work reviewed, deliverables shipped on time. When an artist goes quiet, you find out why that day. Marketing. You run Babou's own marketing: social, paid ads, email, the site, campaigns. You make the posts, build the campaigns, and ship them yourself. Whatever is stuck this week is yours. You fix it that day. We want to hand you an outcome and then stop thinking about it. "Our Instagram hasn't posted in two weeks. Fix it." "Three deliverables are late. Get them out the door." "The launch needs a campaign by Friday." This is probably not for you if - You would rather plan the content calendar than make the post - Your first move is to hire someone or buy a tool - You have only ever managed managers - You need tasks specified before you can start - You think AI output is finished work On AI We are a slop-free startup. AI makes output cheap. It has not made reviewing that output any cheaper. Handing us unreviewed AI output moves your work onto someone else's desk, and that will end the job. Use AI constantly, to take on more than one person could. Read everything before it leaves your hands. Your title matters much less than what you actually made and shipped. - You came up as a designer, editor, or motion artist, then started running the work - You produced creative at an agency or studio on tight turnarounds - You ran marketing at a startup with no budget - Former founder, or early employee where everyone did everything
