The role will primarily cover Luzon, which represents approximately 80% of the assigned area , while also supervising teams in Visayas and Mindanao. Strong knowledge of Luzon territories, retail routes, and major retail accounts is required. Key Responsibilities - Supervise Merchandising Coordinators and Merchandisers. - Plan and monitor store assignments, routes, schedules, and manpower deployment. - Conduct route audits and validate store visits, attendance, and field execution. - Monitor product availability, displays, price tags, promotions, and store compliance. - Review and analyze merchandising reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. - Evaluate team performance and provide coaching, training, and corrective action. - Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Human Resources, distributors, and retail accounts. - Identify and resolve out-of-stock concerns, manpower gaps, route issues, and store-level concerns. - Conduct regular field visits in Luzon and periodic visits to Visayas and Mindanao. Qualifications - Proven experience supervising Merchandisers, Coordinators, Promodisers, or other field-based retail teams. - Strong knowledge of Luzon territories, travel routes, key cities, provinces, and retail locations. - Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, consumer goods, supermarkets, pharmacies, or general merchandise is preferred. - Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High computer literacy is required. - Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, lookup functions, and report consolidation. - Comfortable using automated route-planning, route-audit, attendance, and field-monitoring systems. - Organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to travel. Preferred Candidate A hands-on and data-driven supervisor who can effectively manage field teams, improve route efficiency, maintain strong retail execution, and turn field reports into clear operational actions. Pay: Php18,917.18 - Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
