Manage contractors, consultants, PMOs, suppliers, and other external stakeholders. Oversee tendering, contractor selection, commercial negotiations, contracts, and procurement. Manage project budgets, forecasting, change orders, claims, cost benchmarking, and value engineering. Ensure effective coordination of MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, building systems, testing, and commissioning. Monitor project timelines, quality, costs, and overall delivery. Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams including property, operations, finance, procurement, and legal. Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php300,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Hotel Construction: 5 years (Preferred) End-to-end construction management: 10 years (Preferred) Project ownership: 10 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
