Career Land Center is hiring a Head Chef / Pastry Chef for a Turkish and Greek restaurant during Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract: 6 months Start Date: October 2026 Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef, Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar senior culinary position. Strong professional experience preparing Turkish and/or Greek cuisine. Strong knowledge of traditional Turkish and Greek pastries, desserts, and culinary techniques. Excellent understanding of food quality, presentation, consistency, and portion control. Experience leading and supervising a kitchen team. Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural restaurant environment. Culinary training or relevant professional certification is an advantage. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations. Prepare and oversee the preparation of Turkish and Greek dishes and pastries. Maintain consistent quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards. Develop and maintain authentic recipes and menu items. Train and supervise kitchen and pastry team members. Monitor food inventory, ingredients, and kitchen supplies. Control food costs and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen throughout service. Benefits: 6-month employment contract.
